This shake is creamy, chocolatey, and packed with protein. It’s also hiding cauliflower. Yes, cauliflower. You won’t taste it, but it gives your smoothie thickness, fiber, and sneaky nutrition points.
Nutrition Notes
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – Rich in antioxidants, supports heart health, gives chocolate flavor with fiber and magnesium.
Cauliflower – Low-cal, high-fiber, vitamin C boost, plus hidden sulforaphane power. (Sulforaphane is an anti-cancer phytonutrient!)

Chia Seeds – Loaded with omega-3 fats, fiber, and plant-based protein. They also help keep you full.
PB2 – Peanut flavor with way fewer calories and fat than regular peanut butter, still giving you a little protein and a nutty kick.
