4 oz jelly jar with lid
Ingredients
2
tbsp
olive oil
1
tbsp
apple cider vinegar
2
tsp
Dijon mustard
¼
tsp
salt
½
tsp
honey
,
optional
Instructions
Fill 4 oz jelly jar a little under halfway with olive oil (about two tablespoons-ish worth).
Add a splash of apple cider vinegar.
Add a dollop of Dijon mustard.
Add a pinch of salt & pepper.
Optional: add a tiny drizzle of honey if you like it sweet and to cut the vinegar.
Seal the jar and
shake well
until blended. Taste and adjust—more honey for sweetness, more vinegar for tang.
Notes
Dressing can be stored in the fridge for up to one week. Shake well before using again.
