gluten-free oats

protein powder
pinch
salt

cup
peanut butter
¼
cup
honey
,
adjust if you like sweeter

tbsp
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
In a bowl, mix oats, protein powder, and salt.
Add peanut butter and honey. Stir until it forms a sticky dough. If too dry, add a bit more honey or peanut butter.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Roll into balls, (about the size of a golf ball).
Chill in fridge 20–30 minutes so they hold their shape.
