Instructions
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together tahini and apple cider vinegar until it thickens. Slowly whisk in warm water until smooth and creamy. Stir in maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Adjust with a splash more water if needed.
Place greens in a bowl and top with apple slices, blackberries, and pomegranate arils, walnuts and crumbled goat cheese.
Serve immediately with dressing on the side or mixed in.
