Strawberry Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
Creamy strawberry peanut butter protein smoothie with hidden veggies and protein power.
This strawberry peanut butter protein smoothie is basically a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in disguise. Strawberries give it the “jelly” flavor, peanut butter (or PB2) covers the “PB,” and the cauliflower quietly plays the role of bread by bulking it up without stealing the spotlight.
It’s creamy, fruity, and filling enough to pass as breakfast, lunch, or the 3 p.m. snack that saves you from raiding the pantry. With protein powder, chia seeds, and that nutty kick, it’s a balanced blend that tastes way more like a treat than a health drink.

You can make it in about two minutes. No toaster, no crumbs, no sticky knives—just one blender and done.
Strawberries pack vitamin C and antioxidants. Cauliflower sneaks in fiber and micronutrients while keeping the smoothie thick. Protein powder adds staying power and supports muscle recovery. Chia seeds bring omega-3s and extra fiber. PB2 (and optional peanut butter) give you that peanut buttery satisfaction without turning it into a calorie bomb.
