These blueberry overnight oats are my favorite go-to breakfast when mornings are hectic. Creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with antioxidants, they’re ready to eat straight from the fridge—no cooking required!

Made with oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds and fresh blueberries, this simple recipe is perfect for meal prep and keeping your mornings stress-free. These are also meal prep friendly!

Blueberry Overnight Oats

- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup milk, use any milk of choice
- ½ cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter, optional
Instructions
- In a jar or airtight container, combine oats, chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup.
- Gently fold in ¼ cup of blueberries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, add remaining blueberries on top, add a dollop of peanut butter if desired, and enjoy cold or at room temperature.
