Berry Beet Smoothie
Vibrant berry beet smoothie packed with protein, fiber, and antioxidants for a naturally energizing start.
If you’ve never added beetroot powder to your smoothie before, get ready for a little magic. This Berry Beet Smoothie blends up into the most gorgeous pink color — like a sunrise in a glass — and it tastes just as good as it looks.
Beetroot powder is one of those quiet superfoods that deserves a little more love. It’s rich in nitrates, which help boost circulation and stamina (great before a workout or a busy morning), and it also supports heart health and detox pathways. Pair it with raspberries for antioxidants, spinach for hidden greens, and protein powder for staying power — and you’ve got a smoothie that’s not just pretty, but functional.

This version keeps things simple: no banana, no fuss, just a few wholesome ingredients that blend into something smooth, satisfying, and nutrient-dense. Between the fiber from spinach and chia, protein from your favorite powder, and that deep, beautiful beet color, it’s the kind of drink that makes you feel good just looking at it.
